Bending of a plate with circular rigid inclusion and system of cracks on the assumption of strip crack face contact

Abstract The article presents a solution to the bending problem for an infinite isotropic plate with circular rigid inclusion and arbitrarily oriented straight through cracks. It is assumed that under action of external load at infinity, faces all cracks are in smooth contact along region constant width near upper surface plate. obtained using methods theory functions complex variable potentials reduced system singular integral equations, which numerically solved by mechanical quadrature method. On basis numerical analysis, graphical dependences force, forces moments intensity factors constructed various parameters problem.
